Recently we have received a request to create an AI agentic solution to automate Fraud & Data Anomaly detection in thousands of invoices, receipts, and identify documents, contracts, and etc. Based on our Umbrella AI Agentic platform we forked a dedicated functionality, which was customised into independent AI Agentic solution for Fraud & Data Anomaly detection.
The client is a luxury real estate developer based in Dubai. It is part of the larger group of companies, a global conglomerate with diverse business interests including property development, hospitality, and data centers. The client is known for high-end residential projects, often developed in partnership with luxury brands.
Our Agentic AI solution for Fraud & Data Anomaly detection includes the following functionality
- Using OCR/Computer Vision to extract data from invoices, receipts, and identify potentially tampered, duplicated or faulty submissions based on outliers and discrepancies in submitted data, foundational documents (contracts, CRM records, field data) and historical data (reports).
- Simple GUI with conversational AI that answers user questions based on available corporate data (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and specific domain knowledge.
- Data ingestion pipeline allows to feed qualitative and quantitative data and metadata from PDF, Excel, any text files e.g. CSV, images, URLs, OneDrive, SharePoint, Linkedin, RSS.
- Azure cloud native infrastructure with Database, Search engine, single sign on (SSO), OpenAI, MS Teams integration.
- Foundational library with construction domain specific prompts.
